Train customer service reps to become great sales reps on the phone 
 

Approach:

Module based classroom training. 15 days in total. 
 

Content:

Focus on attitude, making each rep aware of why, how and what makes a great sales rep on the phone. Strong emphasis on the fact that is how each rep sees their job that has the greatest impact on how they perform.
 

Result (feedback from the manager who ordered the training):
